Toronto's Plumber Who Shoots Straight
WaterWorks Plumbing was built on a simple idea: you deserve to know exactly what's wrong, exactly how we'll fix it, and exactly what it will cost — before we pick up a single tool. No vague estimates, no surprise invoices, no runaround.
I started this business after years of hearing from frustrated homeowners who'd been burned by hidden fees and unclear work orders. So I built something different: a plumbing company rooted in transparency, skilled craftsmanship, and genuine respect for your home and your time.
Whether it's a dripping tap at 7am or a burst pipe on a Sunday night, we show up on time, explain the situation in plain language, and get it done right the first time.

Why We Do Things Differently
Honest pricing isn't a perk — it's the whole point.
Too many trades businesses treat the invoice like a surprise at the end of a magic show. We think that's backwards. The moment we diagnose your plumbing issue, you get a clear written quote. You decide if you want to proceed. No pressure, no padding, no fine print. If something unexpected comes up mid-job, we stop, explain it, and get your go-ahead before we continue. That's the respect you deserve, and that's the standard we hold ourselves to every single day.
